Transform Your Journal with Amy McNamara

I’ve often felt a bit concerned about my journal pages being read.  They’re so personal, cathartic and sometimes make very little sense to me! Ramblings, raw emotions, questioning-this is mostly what my journal is comprised of. Have you ever felt this way?

I’ve developed a process that pleases this part of myself that wants to remain private and goes something like this:

  1. Gelli print my journal pages

  2. Cut them into long triangular strips

  3. Roll them into paper beads

  4. String, glue or gather them together into different structures

I’ve found this quite gratifying and I’m sure that you will too!
